HighFlux Hosting What is going on?

I have a VPS with Highflux Hosting and for the last 4 months service has been great no problems at all but yesterday it went down along with there site. Last night there site came back up so i opened a ticking asking why my vps wont boot. Right now no reply to ticket, VPS wont boot and there support number goes to voice mail. Host for video site?
August 20, 2008 19:10:21Im a university designer trying to find hosting for a video textbook. I have about 330MB of videos framed in a single swf/html/js page.
Our course is about 300 students, and wed expect the site to be largely dormant except for traffic spikes right before exams, when everyone will want to access the material.

Hostfresh not replying? refund wanted
July 31, 2008 02:12:42I purchased some services from hostfresh.com but after waiting 3 days for my hosting to be set up (just basic web host space) i decided to switch to wrzhost.com where i was ready to go within 10 min of buying the services. I sent a support ticked to hostfresh(before i asked for the refund) and a lady told me to contact sales , when i told her i was getting no reply she again told me to contact sales so i bought else where. HostGator Ads in my error pages -- WTF?
August 22, 2008 21:55:01I just got an account with HostGator and when I typed in part of my sites URL wrong it went to some kinda shady looking HostGator spam site.
Theres some message that says something about money from their ads going to charity. Does anybody know if they actually donate the money to charity and if so which charity?

May 30, 2008 19:47:19I bought a hosting service with them people, and even though they charged my CC, my site came available for about 10 minutes.
Now it says it is suspended.
I received an email asking me to call them to verify the info for the account but, guess what? Every time I call I have to stay on line for about 20 - 25 minutes. After that, when someone finally answers, they say they cannot hear me and hang up.
