Best VPS for my needs (community/forum)

Can Dreamweaver CS3 Be Adjusted to Speed up FTP

Dreamweaver CS3 takes a while for it connect to the FTP server and verify all the files, etc. before it uploads or downloads a file. It also does this any time I change which site Im connected to. Dreamweaver does a lot of file checking that a normal FTP client doesnt do that make it go a lot slower then a stand alone FTP client. Are there any speed tweaks out there are to make the FTP faster?. Is there a way to disable those extra file checks that it does? Or any other... - [ Read more] |

Centos 5 MySql 5 Question
2 hours 44 minutes agoI was running a VPS with centos 4 and mysql 4.x without a problem.
I ordered a new VPS to split my sites up on and now have an issue. With Centos 5 and LXAdmin I am forced to use MySql 5.x which is causing serious issues with my db and sites. Does anyone know a way to downgrade MySql 5.x on Centos 5 to use MySql 4.x instead? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
