The cost of the broadband in Nigeria is among the highest in the world, a World Bank representative said in Abuja yesterday.

A new chief executive is set to take over at Celtel Kenya from next month, it was announced on Tuesday. The Ghanaian telecommunications regulator, the National Communication Authority has confirmed awarding Nigeria’s second biggest mobile operator, Globacom, has a licence to operate a 3G mobile network in the country.
