Voters seek referendum on controversial HB477 March 11, 2011 02:42:01SALT LAKE CITY -- An informal group of citizens has filed an application for a petition to put House Bill 477, the controversial bill limiting access to government records, to a referendum vote.
The application for the referendum petition was filed Thursday morning, said Mark J. Thomas, director of elections with the lieutenant governors office.
