1990 was not a strong draft for any team. I will say that Martin Brodeur wasnt taken until 20th overall and the Leafs had 10th pick. Nonetheless 19 other teams passed on Brodeur as well. After reviewing the 87-90 drafts so far the Leafs could have had an all-star team by now...
