Im looking for a minimal / budget VPS based in California.

Im planning to use this for SSH Tunneling (To add security and minimize latency in various applications), hence disk space is not a concern (10MB will do fine). Bandwidth is not a concern either, 500MB will do more than enough.

However my requirements are that it is on a fast, at least 100Mbit connection with minimal latency.

As for price I ask to be less or around $5 USD/month
