The 8th Annual Fair features:

175 National Exhibitors
Every year business from all over the country come to this event to display products and services that help lead people to make more educated decisions in their everyday lives. Follow the links on our web site (www.sustainablelivingfair.org) for a list of this years sponsors and exhibitors.

Hands-On Workshops and Demonstrations
Included with your $5 attendance fee is access to ALL workshops presented over the course of the weekend. Our Workshop Presenters travel from across the country to bring you the most current and accurate information out there today!  Tented workshops include Sustainable Landscapes, Solar Farming, Yurts, Natural & Green Building, Alternatives to Photovoltaic Solar, Sustainable Livestock Production, Electric Bikes, Developing Green Professionals Careers in the New Economy, and many more.  We also feature extended workshops where we will build a 10 diameter wind turbine from scratch with Dan Bartmann and other folks from otherpower.com; construct a strawbale structure with Curtis Scheib of EcoEnergy Builders; an under-the-hood workshop on converting a stock diesel engine to run on straight vegetable oil; and a Cordwood masonry workshop with Rob Roy, Director of Earthwood Building School in West Chazy, NY since 1981.

Planet Youth
Planet Youth is a designated area at the fair featuring educational programs for kids, youth, families and educators! The all new Natural Parenting Nook is designed to help new parents learn about alternatives for natural family living.  Planet Youth is a wonderful world full of workshops, presentations, music, entertainment, crafts, activities and much more.

Zen Zone
Reconnect to that Divine Presence within by tapping into the energy of conscious sustainability that only the Sustainable Living Fair can offer. Lose yourself in silent retrospection at the Meditation Tent. Empower yourself to heal from within by escaping to one of our several health, fitness and spirituality workshops.

Friendly Food Market
The RMSLA proudly presents the Friendly Food Market in an effort to provide the best organic food available and to meet our Zero Waste Goal, which is no small task.

Beer Garden
Stop by the RMSLA Beer Garden and cool off with one of these fine brews in your own reusable RMSLA Pint Glass.  New Belgium Brewing, Odells Brewing and Redstone Meadery are all local companies and have generously donated their products to support the cause.  Also, the fair is conveniently located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewery.  Odells is only a couple of blocks away.  Both breweries are living examples of sustainability and each has incredible philanthropy programs and wonderful tasting rooms to enjoy.

Entertainment
Throughout the course of the weekend our main stage features four dynamic keynote speakers and a collection of diverse local music and entertainment.

The Fair is organized by the Rocky Mountain Sustainable Living Association ... committed to applying our vision and expertise toward a sustainable future for all. We are a non-profit organization with the distinguishing quality to move people toward powerful and profound choices in an effort to stave off complacency about issues affecting our world.
