Title:copyright infringement question - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=632182&goto=newpost
Description:
I recently heard that Facebook tried to sue some website for copyright infringement even though the website didnt even look like facebook and all that.
So, this rises a question: where do you draw the line? Or more correctly, where does the judge draw the line between a site that simply looks similar and a real attempt to copy the general look and feel of a website?
My current websites arent big so it is not an issue yet but I was wondering if it might become a problem if I decide to build a website with a blue-white theme that KIND OF looks like another website?
