Hey guys, i made a recent post about finding a hosting company that will allow adult content (mostly videos) and I really am leaning towards going with LunarPages but some people say they dont allow it ect ect some people say they do. Ive reviewed their Terms of Service and their Acceptaple Use Policy and am a little confused on their exact position.

Heres some of their language:
You agree not use your account to or otherwise knowingly or otherwise permit the violation any provision of the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM ACT) including the following:
a. False or Misleading Header Information
b. Deceptive Subject Lines
c. Failure to provide an opt-out method
d. Failure to Identify the message as an advertisement
e. Failure to include a physical Postal Address


I dont have any problems with this, my question is, will they let me host adult content legally?

And is anyone here using their as a host for their adult content sites? Thanks guys :agree:
