Description:	hello, okay ill get straight to the point. Im looking for a good Windows VPS host, $30/mo tops I dont need a control panel, but need to be able to scan for socks proxies as I am a contributor on a proxy forum, as I cant do it reliably on my connection. Preferably the VPS can be on the east coast, but doesnt matter. Just USA based. Ive been looking around, and I tried VPSLand, but cancelled, considering I didnt read the TOS and they block outbound TCP 1080. I know reviews on VPSLand are bad, but I tried it considering Im not really looking for anything spectacular. Just a VPS that will be up ALL the time. :) Any recommendations? SolarVPS has their $27/mo deal, but when ordering it still shows up as $45/mo. So Im not going with that, considering Im cheap :( but yeah, any recommendations? Seems like all of the good providers that are decently priced are only linux distros :(
