I opened an account with them back in 2006/06/28.
I have not had to talk to support that much except for a few of my clients that also had hosting with them.
Each time I talk to them they are very friendly and try their very best to solve the problem.
I forgot the date but some time back I think it was in April or May not real sure one of my clients was having an issue with downtown and I spent about 2 days with downtown tech support in fixing her issues. Even though she was not happy about how long it was taking or that she was having issues. I think how hard the tech staff worked on the issue with me was very professional and maybe even above and beyond to try and get things working. Some of the issue were my clients fault as she was causing massive server loads by trying to make a back up using cpanel and waiting for it to do its things and so she thinking it not working started the process several times, which caused the server to crash. Although I will admit one issue she was having was a server misconfiguration with the firewall and blocking her shoutcast radio which caused the site to be very slow, but that ws fixed with in a timely manner.

My last ticket with them which I opened a few hours ago was answered in 3 minutes. I could provide a screen shot if you wish me to show that.

I my self have not had any mojor issues with them and I mostly use it for beta testing ocportal version 4, but will be converting that beta testing site into my web design site as soon as ocportal 4 is out of beta.

Over all I think they are great.
