Hi everyone. I’m way out of my depth when it comes to ASP.net or MS-SQL (more familiar with PHP/mySQL), so I’m looking for any web developers that can program in both these languages.

The customer is the Laboratory Animals Centre at the National University of Singapore and deals mostly with animal research. The main aim is to design for the customer a web portal that would interface with a database, allowing users to enter data (end-users), approve data (moderators) and utilize the data (staff). The web portal would preferably run on NUS web server, which comes with only ASP.net and MS-SQL (that’s what i know - No PHP or mySQL). They are currently deciding whether to bring in overseas developers or to have local (Singapore) developers.

Here are some prerequisites:

* Knowledge of ASP.net programming language
* Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
* Knowledge of HTML
* Some knowledge of SAP - interface for billing
* Some knowledge of javascript - mostly for form processing
