Back in Tainan City. Last year, same month, it was awful weather - ~35c and repeating monsoon rains, but now it’s a comfortable relatively dry 30-32c with strong winds that make it much easier to bare.
Need to sort out a few things to take care of my stay here for the next academic year. Can’t imagine why, but those who met me so far are surprised to see that I’m back 
In the meantime, I have a very temporary accommodation overlooking the eastern part of Tainan.
  
Not the most attractive side of Tainan, I must say… (and till now I haven’t heard any temple celebrations. In a masochistic kind of way – I miss those).
