So finally DTs has released it first free PHPld template and personally I consider myself lucky to have got my hands on one of Markos designs (p.s.he has designed
avivadirectory.com and many more cool directories)
This theme is avaliable for all version of PHPld (V 2.1 / 3.0.6 / 3.1 / 3.2)
Currently the download is only avaliable for PHPld V 2.1 as i need to fix some stuff with the other versions.

The theme is very flexible and one can change the header to suit their directory theme, also you have a sidebar to add your google ads or sell sitewide links on your directory.
Please donot remove the credit footer links and also the use of the nofollow tag on the credit links is forbidden
