I run a forum w w w. Ihatetorrents .c o m, it has rapidshare/megaupload links to Prison Break episodes. As you know it is called Copyrighted Material. But hey I am not hosting the files. Its rapidshare and megaupload who does. I am not the one uploading the files either.

I know in US a DMCA complaint is enough to make webhost take my site offline. Thats why I am looking for Europe/Asian hosting.
I am not sure about UK laws either.

If anyone feel they can protect me against any DMCA-battyboys please reply.

Also if anyone wanna sponsor me that would be fine. I will advertise freely for your hosting company. (site has 4k unique users daily, and on thursdays 12k uniques)


ps: Servage who is my host right now is protecting me very well, they are located in Germany.
