Designed in-house, the control panel enables customers to gain complete control of all aspects of hosting including support, billing and domain name management, making these tasks easier and more intuitive. "We have invested a lot of resources into the engineering and implementation of VIP over the past 18 months," says Travis Weerts, co-founder and president of Eleven2. "We decided back in July of 2006 to put our full efforts of our design and development team on VIP to give our customer the best experience possible, and even though we have just launched VIP, there is still so much more to come with VIP." Eleven2 says the most important feature integrated into the new VIP control panel is full domain automation. This high-in-demand feature enables customers to register or transfer a domain without any human intervention, as well as control each domain and edit its settings and WHOIS information. Eleven2 says it will continue to make improvements, add new features and provide quality customer service. Last month, Eleven2 launched its new website and competitively designed hosting plans.
